Online Returns Policy

Is there something you want to return? The size you chose is not yours? Do you prefer another color? Although we hope you like everything you have bought, returns are free and you can always do them in the month after receiving your order.

We thank you for your custom and we sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with our products. The below policies are only applicable for online purchases. You have the right to return against refund or exchange the products within fourteen (14) days or seven (7) days during SALE of receipt of the purchased products at our offices Level -1 in Bay Street Group, Corporate Office. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs.

The below refund / exchange conditions apply:

  • The item is returned in all of its original packaging together with the original receipt.
  • We will not be able to refund or exchange any unleashed products which would not be suitable for resale for hygiene reasons such as swimwear and underwear.

Once you decide that an item is to be returned or exchanged kindly send us an email on springfield@ifl.com.mt including the following information;

  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • If you would like an exchange, which products you would like in exchange.
  • Confirmation that the products are in the same condition as delivered.
  • We will not be held liable for any diminished condition of the goods and reserve the right not to accept the products.

When an item is returned in terms of the conditions set out above, a refund will be provided within fifteen (15) days of the claim being received. Please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any damage or loss which may occur during delivery. All delivery charges will be borne by the sender.

Refund of Faulty Items

We are committed to providing you with the best quality of services and product, but in the unlikely case that you receive an unsatisfactory product, we would be happy to assist you. For assistance, contact us at springfield@ifl.com.mt . Should you find that your product is damaged, defective, or not delivered, we can arrange for the item to be replaced or exchanged at no cost to you providing you send proof of the damaged item upon receipt of the parcel.

Delivery Information:

The site currently offers local delivery to Malta and Gozo. We will endeavor to deliver your item/s up to 5 business days from the date of your order. Free Delivery over €50.00 spend. For any query regarding delivery options please send us an email on springfield@ifl.com.mt

 

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for orders placed only on our e-commerce portal: 

- You have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to return your item/s.

- You have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to return your item/s during SALE season

- Springfield will not accept any returns on the following categories: underwear, socks , jewelry and brief swimwear.

- Items returned must be in a good condition and with original packaging and labels.

- Springfield holds the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items sent back in a used or damaged state.

- Springfield reserves the right to decline exchanges/refunds if an item is not received in good condition or with original packaging.

- The products department team must be notified of any returns via an email on springfield@ifl.com.mt

- If an item is not available from our store and the customer paid for it, a refund will be given on the same credit card that the customer paid with.

- Gift receipts cannot be issued for online orders. The same returns process must be followed for items bought as gifts.
