Terms and Conditions
This App and the loyalty programme it manages are owned by The Ona Retail Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “The Ona Retail”, which currently operates the brands Women’Secret, Springfield, Cortefiel, and Pedro del Hierro or any subsidiary brand represented by The Ona Retail.
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of The Ona Retail Loyalty Programme (“the Scheme”). By participating in the Scheme or using the App, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy].
1. Definitions
T&Cs – These Terms and Conditions
User / You – The individual registering and/or using the App
App – The electronic application managing the loyalty programme
Device – Your electronic device used to access the App
Scheme – The loyalty programme as described in these T&Cs
Shops – Women’Secret, Springfield, Cortefiel, and Pedro del Hierro stores operated by The Ona Retail
Intellectual Property Rights – All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.
2. General Terms
2.1 These T&Cs apply to all users of the App and all participating shops equally.
2.2 The App is non-transferable and may be used only by the registered user.
2.3 The Ona Retail may revise or terminate the Scheme at its discretion without liability.
2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that no unauthorized person uses your Device or App.
3. Conditions of Use
3.1 Only individuals aged 18 and over may register for the Scheme.
3.2 You may not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
3.3 The Ona Retail reserves the right to cancel your account and loyalty points in the event of misuse, fraud, or breach of these T&Cs.
4. Loyalty, Membership, and Redemption
4.1 Loyalty points are earned on purchases made at participating stores.
Silver Membership
4.2 Upon joining the Scheme, members shall automatically be enrolled as Silver Members.
4.3 Silver Members shall earn loyalty rewards at the rate of €0.05 for every €1 spent, credited to their account in the form of loyalty points.
4.4 Silver Members shall receive a birthday reward of 200 loyalty points, credited to their account during their birthday month, provided that a valid date of birth has been registered on the member profile.
Gold Membership
4.5 A Silver Member may qualify for Gold Membership upon spending a minimum cumulative amount of €500 within a twelve (12) month period across participating The Ona Retail stores.
4.6 Once the qualifying threshold is reached, the member’s account shall automatically be upgraded to Gold Membership.
4.7 Gold Members shall earn loyalty rewards at the rate of €0.10 for every €1 spent, credited to their account in the form of loyalty points.
4.8 Gold Members shall receive a birthday reward of 400 loyalty points, credited to their account during their birthday month, provided that a valid date of birth has been registered on the member profile.
4.9 The Ona Retail reserves the right to review, amend, suspend, or revoke membership tiers and qualification criteria at its sole discretion.
General Loyalty Terms
4.10 Loyalty points are personal, non-transferable, and hold no cash value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent.
4.11 Loyalty points cannot be earned or redeemed during sale periods, promotional events, or on items subject to discounts, unless otherwise communicated by The Ona Retail.
4.12 Loyalty points shall only be awarded upon presentation of the Ona Rewards App at the time of purchase. Points cannot be added retrospectively following completion of a transaction.
4.13 Loyalty points shall remain valid for a period of four (4) months from the date they are credited to the member’s account, after which unused points shall automatically expire.
4.14 Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against discounted, promotional, or sale items.
4.15 Loyalty points may only be redeemed on purchases with a minimum transaction value of €10.00.
4.16 In the event of a product return, any loyalty points redeemed as part of the transaction shall be forfeited and will not be refunded. Any points earned from the returned purchase may also be deducted from the member’s account.
4.17 If the value of loyalty points available in a member’s account is insufficient to cover the total purchase amount, the outstanding balance must be settled using another accepted payment method.
4.18 The terms of the Scheme apply equally across all participating brands
5. Customer Access and Assistance
5.1 QR codes may be displayed in-store for easy sign-up for new customers.
5.2 If a customer is not tech-savvy or does not own a smartphone, assistance may be provided via an alternative in-store method or via the website, which offers detailed instructions.
6. Data and Notifications
6.1 By registering, you agree to receive notifications regarding your account activity.
6.2 You may opt-in to receive marketing offers from The Ona Retail.
6.3 The App collects anonymized usage statistics, not personal data, for analytics purposes.
7. Termination
7.1 The Ona Retail reserves the right to cancel any account and remove loyalty points if:
The user is in breach of these T&Cs
The user commits fraud or theft
The account is misused
8. Liability
8.1 The Ona Retail is not liable for any losses or damages arising from misuse of the App.
8.2 You remain responsible for securing your Device and ensuring proper use.
9. Changes to the Scheme
9.1 The Ona Retail may amend these T&Cs or the Scheme itself without prior notice.
9.2 It is your responsibility to review the T&Cs regularly.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property related to the App belongs to The Ona Retail.
10.2 You may not copy, alter, or reverse-engineer the App.
