In-Store Policies


  • Items returned in original condition with proof of payment can be exchanged for another item or issued a credit note. No cash refunds can be issued.
  • Full-price items can be exchanged within 3 weeks of purchase.
  • Sale items can be exchanged within 1 week of purchase.
  • Loyalty points cannot be added or redeemed during Sale periods or Black Friday.
  • Proof of payment is required for all exchanges.
  • Briefs and earrings are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Swimwear and shapewear can be exchanged only if returned in good, hygienic condition.
  • Cheque payments are not accepted in any store.
  • Vouchers and credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Vouchers and credit notes with a value of €20 or less must be used in full in a single transaction. No remaining balance will be reissued.
  • Lost vouchers or credit notes cannot be re-issued.
  • Return policy may change during Black Friday weekend.
